camps and clinics to learn the fundamentals of cheer such as cheer safety and stunt technique.
- Practice will not exceed ten (10) hours per week prior to the first scheduled league game of the
season.
- Practice will not exceed six (6) hours per week after the first scheduled league game and up to five (5) weeks before the Sierra Athletic Conference (SAC) competition.

Cheer Competition teams may schedule no more than eight (8) hours of practice per week.
- Practice will not last more
than three (3) hours per day. Practice does not include game day warm

a minimum of five (5) hours of conditioning before being allowed to participate
in stunting. Clinic or Camp attendance shall NOT be counted toward this
requirement. Any participant added to a team at any time must also meet
the minimum conditioning and practice time requirements noted above.
